A safety plan is an integral and important part of treatment. It's about resources, it's about reaching out to more than just a therapist. And so i've used a family safety plan where we list out what are some ways that you do to try to help but aren't as helpful as you thought they were. We then can expand the system,. like we're talking about his part of that safety planning is about it. The only thing i'm going to add here is a no suicide contract has no no benefit to treatment.
