Can Fedratinib Work in a Second Setting?

Fedratinib has expectations of the same type of response in frontline setting as we do salitinib, same anemia and trampenia side effects. But it's a little bit more complicated, as you will see also in these slides, because it does cause in two-thirds of patients some GI irritation.
