How to Hire the Right Thing
I don't put a lot of thought into scaling and hiring yet before I'm done with the marketing and acquisition phase because I really want to take things one step at a time. But when I want to hire, I'm just going to post on Twitter, like hiring and notioneer, send me your work. And if they had a good writing sample and didn't record a Loom, I was like, you're out. Like, this was like an easy thing to do to stand out. If you didn't do this, then you don't make the cut.
