How to Hire the Best Technical Interviewers

The first step is to decide what skills matter for your organization, and then design a structure interview around those skills. You want to hide credentials from the technical interviewers, because that intreoduces noise no the process. If you're an early stage start up, it's fairly obvios that a false negative costs more. Soeone who could have been good is very expensive, more expensive than for a large company. But if you're a small company, hiring a bad person is also way more cost ou know, wey, more xpensive.
