How to Set Goals Early in Your Career

You're on record saying that you want to win a title ASAP with the Hornets. But what's like an early maybe individual career goal that you have maybe a specific stat Maybe if it's rookie of the year. Do you have any kind of other goals, you know earlier? I don't I'm really setting me You know personal goals for myself, you know coming into this league but I think my my end goal is just you know to build a career in league so 10 plus years Just not know one of those, you know, just get drafted and just say I made it.
