Is It a High Intensity Training?

Some athletes experience that right away where they start to implement higher intensity training and all of a sudden the next day they become a lot slower, or they might have to go back to a walk pace. You could see it in their gate. And then sometimes though, at the other hand, if you do indeed train more consistently and you've been out there for like six months, 12 months of training, I have also noticed that all of a suddenly you do a higher intensity workout. And the next day you do feel pretty okay. Some people just go all out, no pain, no gain on those workouts. It's not an open system. We can't just say, oh, yes
