I think a lot of that comes from, you know, because I did a run streak for two and a half years a while back. And to think that I may have actually been sabotaging my long term development through like this weird, like adhering to this thing that I thought was making me faster. It's just so important that we take care of our bodies during it or else we won't be doing it for long.
