The Equality's Act and the Government's Guidance

The government is putting out guidance to schools. It's making it so that this can't be done without parental consent. All the guidance that they've given out would actually break the Equality's Act. So point one, no pronoun or uniform change without parental consent; point two, no hiding any changes from parents.
