Sleeping Better
I'll be having conversation with people there want to stay up till 11 or whatever I'm just like I'm down and I will fall deeply asleep almost immediately. Two hours later I'm wide awake and everyone in the house is like Sacked out, you know, okay And so I will often wake up at one or three or something and I'll be awake for like two hours or three hours And then I'll go back to sleep That's actually the more natural human sleeping pattern. Thousands of years ago People would wake up for two hours in the middle of the night because of course things got dark at like five o'clock.
