I want to go back to the indirect approach because I have found that's my approach Right when i'm seeking private money is I don't ask for the money. I'm planting seeds with people That's kind of how I view it. So let's say you've got some audience members here that are actually into rehabbing and would like to raise more private money Well, guess what? In your talk You uh with permission you talk about how it is that you fund your deals And now someone new a new family is going to enjoy this home. It's just in the conversation Yeah, this has been awesome.
