How to Eat a Healthy Diet

I don't want to stress myself out every day by, you know, counting all this. Instead of subtracting from my plate, I add to it. So instead of taking away everything, I'll add more vegetables and fruit. And then for wine, if we do a rosé or a white wine, I always ask for a cup of ice. It just waters down the wine so you drink it slower and also don't get it as hungover.
