FinTechs - Do You Have a Framework for Evaluating a FinTech?

Some FinTechs may not have the compliance muscle to work with a VC. How do you evaluate a program like that? We don't have an approach where we have 10 things that need to happen in every single case for us to be able to work with them, right? So we look at those more nuanced cases and evaluate them as such.
