Cold water immersion increases dopamine and increase in noradrenaline and also serotonin but also oxytocin there are studies in mice which shows that if we take mice and expose them to cold water immersion they have an increase in oxytocin. increasing our oxytocin level from going into the cold water will make you more connective connecting with other people so it increases your social skills, he says.
