Middle Leadership

i think there is just as much of a continuum for leadership. As there is for teachers, as there is for pupils. Careers don't work with this constant upward trajectory and they don't need to. I know when i started teaching,. i would copy other people, not understand, and it went disastrously. It was only when i started thinking about what si wanted to achieve that my pride began to change. We set out looking for seven ways to support our middle leaders too. How did Chris?
