Is There a Standard for Zoning Information?

Do you see google and amazon as competitors in th space? Is there a reason why they couldn't just build this themselves? Some of the tate anyway is open, like, like councils want to get thi data out to people. So that being said, i don't worry too much that amazon or goul will be able to consume all this information that's shared openly by municipalities. There is no standard for zoning information.
