Twitter v. Tumna was a case about whether Twitter could be held liable for aiding and abetting terrorism. In the oral argument, there was an exchange in which Istanbul police were trying to get Twitter to take down accounts that they deemed "problematic" And so it highlights both the promises and perils of those kinds of relationships with different governments. The oversight board explicitly talked about the importance of transparency and the problems of these relationships as well.
