Getting out and getting some sunshine is probably the number one part of my treatment plan quote unquote. It's so good if you're doing it with somebody else because you've got that ability to discuss what's going on, to plan your day verbally. So I really do appreciate the fact that we do have a lot of freedoms and not everybody's schedule allows them. You know, mornings can be really chaotic. But usually I'm like, what are we eating tonight? Yeah.
