"We have a lot of mechanisms where employees can tell us what they don't like or what they think is going wrong," he says. "I mean, if we didn't act on a lot of the requests from employees, I think we'd have a different situation than we have today" The company has made all sorts of changes really from direct employee feedback; it's unclear how much benefits workers will get as part of union deal.
