The Four Principles of Sovereignty
Rights are a natural possession of every human being. Rights are hardwired into you just by virtue of the fact that you're born, that you're a human being. They can assume on that basis the separate and equal station, which Jefferson says, the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them. These are inalienable rights. They are life. They are liberty. They are the pursuit of happiness. That doesn't spell out a form of government, but it does make a number of forms of government tyranny, despotism, oligarchy. It makes them impossible.
