The SEC's calling many of these asset securities it's almost like if a tree falls in a forest right because they're still gonna list them or continue to list them so until do we necessarily need I guess the question is legislation. The new SEC chairman could use things that have already been sent to the SEC in the form of requests for rulemaking and model disclosure suggestions from academics, participants from law firm people.
