The EU has no shortage of targets, but certainly the underpinning mechanisms are something that need to be figured out. There's there's a lack of clarity of purpose and an opacity of available schemes. In India, we may have seen policymakers go somewhat too far and actually suffer the consequences by having those different policies present a barrier to getting the energy transition right. We're not seeing an awful lot of conviction behind those measures and those targets and what's backing them. It seems less attractive when you're a manufacturer that has a bit of a global footprint and some flexibility about where it can set up shop. So BNF is trying to work out the impact of various levels of local content on deployment
