The Importance of Home Ownership
Home ownership has never been a passion that I believe, yes, it is definitely something I want. It does give me a sense of security and control that makes it easier to stick kind of manage day to day. But no more than whether my landlord was paying their rent or whether they'd got the appropriate licenses to ensure that I could still live in that house. You're just swapping one worry to from another and you're in control of things a bit better if it's just your mortgage you're paying rather than somebody else's.
