What Has Happened to Jack Ma?

Jack Ma disappeared for a while and he came back and he has stopped mouthing off. He's been very quiet. And the initial public offering did not go forward, whether that's punishment or the party trying to control the financial system. But Jack Ma, you don't hear a whole lot from him lately, though he's technically three and back running his business.
