How to Connect Horizons to Higher Horizons

i seem to grapple with this on a regular basis when i do my weekly review. And that's trying to make sure that my projects a line with my higher horizons. So, yes, that's the crux of really what he's talking about when it comes to getting perspective. Im any words of wisdom from anybody whos feels very good about that part of ther practice?
