Cobra Farming - A Great Strategy

The French put a bounty on rat tails, similar to the cobra farmers of delly. Rat farms popped up outside the city and people turned in their skins for profit. The british government found out what was going on and removed the bounty payout. Now that there's no incentive to breed, kill or turn in the skins, all those cobra farmers just set their cobras loose - which made the problem worse than ever. In two thousand eight Colombia tried to cut down on pollution by limiting how often you can drive. But if it ends in five days they were able to make money from black market plates.
