The Importance of Dietary Assessment in Melanoma Patients
The PRIM study is a collaboration between King's College in London and the University Medical Center in Groningen. It was mainly focused on patients with advanced melanoma who were being treated with immunotherapy. They filled out so-called food frequency questionnaires to collect their diet before treatment. So, those are questions such as how often do you eat certain foods in the last month? That gives us a good indication of the quality of foods and quantity of foods that they usually consume.
