CNN's John Defterios talks to the author of a new book about social media. He argues that humans are starting to act more like twitterbats, rather than shaping these tools. We're all sucked into its gravitational pull even if you don't have a Twitter account or facebook account. But he says there is going to have to be some kind of arrangement which protects our vacy in engagement on line.
