Is There a Wide Degree of Variation in Health and Safety Regulation?

I think my observation, I sort of alluded to it before, is there's a wide degree of variation. Most organisations are probably sitting in that, you know, not quite compliant space. They're aware there's an issue, they're probably aware that they need to do more about it and they're just not that clear on what it is exactly that they must do. But if you were 12 months or 24 months from now and you still have this sitting under a sort of HR umbrella, then that's going to get you in trouble with the health and safety regulation front.
