A topless woman in Amsterdam attempted to ride a dolphin like a horse. She was clearly drunk, i would guess strongly, you know, a and a. The people were yelling at her at the time. It didn't even make any sense. This is what topless women are like. They want to ride dolphins. That's why they're out with their friends. But if they see one riding a dolphin, you just think, like, she must, that must be her. Of she's wearing clothes, something's gone horribly wrong.
