New police transmissions obtained exclusively by CNN show Texas Department of Public Safety Capt. Joel Betancourt giving an order to stop other police officers from entering the classroom in Uvalde, Texas. The gunman sat with dead, dying and traumatized children and teachers for 77 minutes before law enforcement entered. 19 students and two teachers were murdered that day in Uvalde, Texas. CNN Crime and Justice Correspondent Shimon Prokupecz has been covering the investigation into the police response and continues to search for answers. He tells Anderson Cooper if Capt. Betancourt is responding to the new reporting.
