The Benefits of Rotator Cuff Band Exercises

The tendency is for our shoulder blade to like slide up towards our ears and then the upper arm bone to rotate inward. So it's those small like external rotator prone tease wise eyes lap pull downs rows even you know even that wrong blade push-up or seratist push-up. Those would be great to train the muscles to be able to stand that so they can rest in a more efficient way but not kind of fatigue you too much. The bands are great because we don't need to be throwing tons of poundage at it, just body weight.
