The Federal Government Protects Its Workers

One out of every four people who live in montgomery county works for the federal government. Like all civil servants, they have job security and salaries linked to cost of living. Many manage to qualify for social security as well, becoming double dippers. As government expands, so does this neighborhood. Government protects its workers just as trade unions protect their members. But both do it at some one else's expense.
