The Cartesian Framework for Intentionality

I don't see the hyalomorphic perspective as necessarily not a form of idealism. I think also in terms of the epistemological sort of concerns that are raised earlier about the nature of the mind and the body, I think Cartesianism is probably true. And then there's this whole other question that we're sort of touching upon, and that's the nature of intentionality,. The challenge for the Cartesian would be understanding that the body supplies some sort of information to the mind about the mind. But I'm not sure if it's a problem, it's just harder.
