Primary teacher, data consultant and author. Tell us about your journey and how you got here. I started teaching 2003 in London but moved back up to Yorkshire in 2010. And then by 2012, 13, I was almost 10 years in. There was quite a lot of discussion again for those people who are relatively new to education. They'll probably be surprised at this, that explosion of discussion in sort of post 2010,. partly because it was the new government that came in.
