In the midst of this, you guys did a giant round of lay off. You announced a take going from 1400 to 1100 people. That was predominantly not done through layoffs. That was done through serious change in your sales staff and who's selling what's selling. What we are today is a much healthier company, financially and operationally than we were a year ago.
