The Mystery of Jose Barrios

Is there a bigger mystery in baseball than Jose Barrios? I don't understand it at all. He was kind of terrible last year for the Blue Jays. This is a guy who like when he was in those first few years with the twins, he threw crazy wiffle ball breaking pitches that looked un-hittable. But then you forget the Rays have won DeFranco. The Rays have Randy Rose Arena. They're solid and good. So would not surprise me if they if they ended up being the team.
