Connell Cochran's Ghost Town

The town of Santa Mira was founded in 1887, grew up around a large dairy. A wealthy Irishman, Connell Cochran converted it into a toy factory. Now given over to the manufacturer and sale of Halloween masks. This is a town under strict surveillance. And there's just technology and it's a panopticon here.
