How Do You Decompose Your Tasks?

Phillip: I think it depends on my comfort with the project. For things that I'm not as confident in, or I haven't done them as many times, I will break them down into finer-grained steps of whatever I see it as. Things like iSquared Sea Driver, I would probably make that its own thing and know all the associated tasks that go on with that.Things like that I'm probably going to estimate in hours. That's just the currency of the business to some degree. It becomes easy to miss some fundamental tasks that was really going to take up 80% of the time that I just didn't even write down.
