I wonder if you had a sort of czar like abilities bill simmonds always jokes about t the fact that the country needs a sport czar to just change ridiculous rules. I think the first thing that i would do is i would like to get more focus on what fees are for. And there are thousands of firms out there assembling portfolios of index funds for individual investors, charging up to one % a year,. who don't even really provide comprehensive financial advice. Most people tend not to negotiate them.
