What is the deciding factor where you're like, okay, enough manual stuff, let's automate all of this? And how do you choose what to do first? It's a great question. So what we were doing was we were documenting and we were measuring the time that we had spanned for each task. For instance, payroll for us was definitely the biggest pain point in the month because it was the biggest number of transactions of payments to be inserted into various platforms.
