Introduction
Dion Leonard runs up to 100 miles a week in training for ultramarathons. In June 2016, he took three flights and a long train ride from Scotland to China. He ran 155 miles over seven days with food and water on his back. The first day, he ran 25 miles. On the morning of day two, he was gearing up to run 25 more. Dion: "I just don't understand how you run for so long"
