How to Make a Predicate for Telling the Difference in Two and Three?

In one article, it is trivial to show that every example can carry not more than one bit of information in realm. But when you have a general picture of what you want to recognize, and general picture of the world, can you invent this predicate? I don't know if there are several languages of description for different elements of digits. So i talking about symmetry, about somethingtn, properties of geometry. It feels like for me to be able to understand the difference between two and three, i would need to have had a a childhood of ten to 15 years. And now then i would be able to generate the right predicat for telling the difference in two and three.
