How Did You Become Interested in AI?
I became interested in AI stuff as a science editor. I worked at the Australian Public Broadcasting and I wrote a couple of articles about AI. Then there was this initiative called the AI safety camp, which was like a research camp where people got together for a couple of months to work on research projects. And then moved closer to European Commission, new institutions, EU policy making stuff.
