What Did You Do to Work on Power Endurance?

This year has been sort of like a revisiting with that health sort of crisis I had back in 2018-19. Because I basically wasn't really able to climb for about four months, more than like one day or so. So I'm not really sure what I'm going to do physically. But the original plan was to focus on my weakness, which I decided was kind of like a power endurance.
