I think it's worth just taking a moment to go you're helping people with anxiety drug addiction PTSD and often in like one or two sessions you're able to do things that people have been able to do in decades of therapy. The breath is actually just not just literally an example of that it's a perfect metaphor for it as well yeah I forget the idea why do we start to when we're feeling stressed? It's to try and find a way to get back in harmony right so the body can find an equilibrium again but even that that stress state the reason the body is doing that is it's saying if we do this enough we're hoping this will shift us back into harmony again.
