The Best Way to Get to That First Sale

If i could only spend an hour a day, which oftenday, oftentimes i do, i would create a documentation or writing that creates culture in our business. Culture is basically like direction that scales. So if you find yourself having to spend too much time managing your employees or managing your vas, i think that means you don't have a strong enough culture. Every morning i feel like because en and i have focussed a lot of our energy on building out culture an our business, we've got 13 people waking up too thinking about what they can do for our business. And i think that's a way to think about productivity that really scales elevativ.
