It seems to me that a big part of. and this is not just true for raceism, it's also how we deal with sexism a lot. We're much better intuitive psychologists than we are sociologists. And so i think people just put more faith in these kind of more individual factors. But they don't sellme the problem. Isn'ttru the opposite? It's actually easier to change structural things than it is to change inr personal attitudes.
