How to Prepare for Trauma
The most informal way to get everyone ready is just play the trauma game. It's a pretty simple question that you can direct to your team. Once you have a sense of what the potential injuries are, assign specific roles to who's going to do what. For myself, and it's the usual stuff, have I taken a P and my psychologically clear in the head to move forward?
