What's the Right Way to Use Information?

There's a difference between someone asking for information and us forcing it on them. I like thinking about customer journeys, even if they're not quotum o stomer yo know, what is that path to purchase or action? And there's certainly a place for information ri partiulerin to buy something complicated or do something different. But starting with someone pushing that information down my throat will lead me to do the exact opposite. It's more about rat than selling people.
