Is There a Career Track?
Bret says we're all stuck in an old model that thinks a career track is a four year process. Bret: We have to stay in our lane, cause that's what our degree allows us do. You can literally be in a new career making 60 to 80 k just right out the gate, inside of four months. But if someone is trying to let go even faster, and they're just thinking, i need a side hustle to earn a little bit more income, like, what would it take? He suggests delivering peates on friday night at 11 p.m. for those kids down in blacksburk who don't want to give up college.
